Monday Milestones

Greetings Divas.
I know I know it has been a min since I last posted and I am soo sorry. I have been taking care of my mother who recently had surgery and I just have not had the time to update my blog. But I'm back!!!! Woo HOoo!

So you all know how this thing goes by now.  Since I didn't make a Monday Milestones post last week I will just post my goals for this week as well as give a little summery of how my journey has been over the last couple of weeks.

So here's the summary.

It SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is all.

NO just kidding but my eating this last week especially has been horrendous. I have fallen hard back into some of my old habits of eating candy and drinking juices. Because my mother was recovering she requested some things that we usually don't keep in the house any more.  I.e. chips, juices and such of that nature.  Until these last weeks I did not know that juice was  a trigger food for me. I had one sip from my moms glass and I was hooked. I know that I drank too much juice and along with that it triggered my candy craving. I had sweettarts, Hershey's kisses, and tootsie rolls.  It was so horrible I felt so bad doing it, but i just couldn't stop. I know that my weigh in today will show the effects of what I have done over the last week and I am devastated.  I know better so I should do better right?  I though so until those things happened.

I am really trying not to get down on myself too much about it. I know that at times there will be slip ups and mishaps but i thought that I was passed this stage.  But technically I am only 3 months into my journey so I guess this is to be expected.  Other than those things I am doing ok.

While I was missing form blog world two weeks ago I lost 9.4lbs in one week.  I was so proud of that.  So I know that I am doing something right just need to keep it going.

So on to the goals for this week.

1. Keep my food journal updated daily.

2. Continue to stay within my calorie range with the correct food choices!!

3. Drink at least 80 oz of water a day

4. Actually follow the workout plan that I designed (May need to modify this).

5. Keep up with my blog postings

So these are what I have set for this week. I am confident that I am truly back on track and from today forward I will continue to stay on track.
Peace and Blessings Divas
