Working it Out!

So I finally decided that I needed to have and established plan of attack for my exercise.  I have a tendency to not do it if I don't have a plan alredy in place.  So I have come up with options for everyday of the week that will help to keep me on track and exerciseing at least 3x a week. As for the chart each bullet point represents an option for that particular day. I have to choose one option for the list provided.  It will help to keep me and my weight loss on track.  So here is my fancy smancy chart!!



Weekly Exercise Options


Monday
  • Rest
  • 20 min. Walk and Tone Video
  • 1 mile Walking Video

Tuesday
  • 2 mile walking video
  • 30 min. on treadmill + 10-15 min. on elliptical

Wednesday
  • 2 mile walking video
  • 30 min. on treadmill + 10-15 min. on elliptical
  • 1 hour cardio dance class

Thursday
  • Rest
  • 20 min. Walk and Tone Video
  • 1 mile Walking Video

Friday
  • 2 mile walking video
  • 30 min. on treadmill + 10-15 min. on elliptical
  • 1 hour cardio dance class

Saturday
  • 2 mile walking video
  • 30 min. on treadmill + 10-15 min. on elliptical

Sunday
  • Rest
  • 20 min. Walk and Tone Video
  • 1 mile Walking Video
