A New Plan and a New Page

So I decided when I wrote my Monday Milestones post that I needed to come up with a plan for the exercise that I am need to be doing. So I made up a fance smancy chart and put down options for every day of the week.  I am proud of myself and I think this will really help to keep me on track with my goals for exercising every week as well as help to keep weight loss steady. I am aiming to loos 15 lbs every month so I need a little boost to help keep me where I want to be.  I am excited. 

I also am curious, what are your exercise routines?  I am sure you Divas have something that is interesting that I could maybe incorporate into my exercise options.  So lets hear it ladies!!!!

  1. It took me a long time to find something I could actually stick to, you may want write down exercises you actually enjoy and work on adding them to your routine. For me that was dancing so now I do Cardio Groove with Billy Blanks and Zumba :) Good luck.
