I would like to Thank..........

Greetings Divas.

I was pleasantly surprised to day to find that I had received a blogger award. So I would like to thank Erin over at My Personal Weight Loss Journey for giving me this award. I feel soo special. Check out Erin's blog shes an awesome person and is doing well on her healthiness journey.

So here goes the 10 things about ME:

1. I love to sing. In the car, the shower, anywhere I am I sing. It brings me peace!
2. My 2 year wedding anniversary was on Monday. I love my hubby dearly
3. I have an obsession with collecting makeup.
4. I like to swim but don't want to get my hair wet! LOL
5. I am a very loving and loyal friend.
6. I have my Master's Degree in Public Health but I can't find a job in my field.  I am open to any job leads.
7. Me and my hubby have baby fever but we are waiting until I loose more weight.
8. I am excited about the cruise I'm about to take with my family.
9. I love men with bald heads ( that's why Tyrese is my pretend baby daddy)
10. I am freaking awesome!

Monday Milestones

Hello there Divas. I have missed doing these post and now that I am not so busy and my injury has healed I am back to my regularly scheduled postings.  SOOOOOOO..................

Every one know that on Monday I post goals for the week and then the next Monday I review them and see what kinda of progress I have made and then set new or keep the same goals. So I am back at it today and I will just start fresh with my new goals for this week.

1. Continue to drink at least 128ox of water a day. Yeah for the increase it really helps keep the pounds off.

2. Keep up with my freaking food journal. I am having the hardest time remembering to update this thing daily.

3. Stay within my allotted calorie range without eating junk.

4. Stop letting small thing affect my eating habits.

5. For weight loss I want the scale to say a 3-teen number this week. (I.E. 319, 318) somewhere in there.

So these are my goals for this week and I do plan to post more. Hope all you Divas are still going strong with your journeys.  Keep up the good work loves.

I'm a Bad Blogger

Greetings Divas,

This is just a short post to say that I am still alive and not slipping on my weight loss. I had an injury last week and I was pretty much out of commission for a while. But I am back and will be back to my regular postings soon. Love you divas and as always
