Neglecting my Readers

Clearly Divas I have been neglecting you all week. There was no Monday Milestones post, not even a late one. And I really don't have an excuse.  It was the TOM and I was exhausted.  I couldn't bring myself to read the blogs that I follow, none the less write one of my own. But that is all over and I am back now. 

I did follow my workout plan that I made up last week. See the page listed at the top of the blog.  So I did 30min on the treads and 5 min on the elliptical on Tuesday. ( Let us pause here to say that me and the elliptical do NOT get along. I was supposed to go for 10-15 min but after 2.5 min I was in hell. Literally clinging to the sides of the machine for dear life.  I somehow willed myself through 5 min or torture but that was all I could handle at the moment.  I believe deep down in my heart that the devil himself came up from hell and invented the elliptical to torture me.) But I digress! 

Anyway on Wednesday I did my 30min/2mile walking video and on Thursday I did my walk and tone video.  I am going to be resting today since I made it three days in a row exercising.  GOooooo Me!

In total I lost 3 lbs this week, even with TOM. I was shocked and amazed and very proud of myself.  I am determined to keep up my 15lbs a month goal and I am so far on track. In 2 months I have lost 30.4lbs. Holy S*&%. That's a lotta weight. even though I am not seeing the changes, others are noticing and that makes me happy.  I hope to be on track and down by 75 lbs by the time we go on our cruise in June. 

Hope you ladies are staying on track. I will be sure to make a better effort to update.  Keep it up divas we are making this thing happen.
